Confirmation of Orders

Upon successful submission of the electronic order, MyBabyNova LLP will send a confirmation acknowledgement mail with order ID to the you within 24 hours and arrange a delivery date, comfirmed orders will be delivered to you within 2-5 working days. If due to inavailability, we will hold the order and coordinate with you before we process any order.

Availability

If any items of your order are temporarily out of stock MyBabyNova LLP will notify you of any changes by phone or e-mail. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change. In the event that a product purchased is no longer available, we will either refund the amount paid or let you exchange for another available item. If payment is made by credit card, please note that it can take up to more than 6 weeks for a return to your credit card. Alternatively, you can opt for an exchange of a different item.

Payment

We accept ATM or internet banking transfers (Singapore only), Visa, MasterCard, Amex,Paypal payments. International customers should note that all prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars. If you are located outside Singapore, Paypal will convert your payment at their prevailing rates.

To ensure that your orders are processed quickly, please transfer your payments within the same bank as inter-bank transfers will take several days, even weeks, to be processed. We currently accept transfers into the following banks.
